| The Lodge nestles on a ridge overlooking the confluence of the Nambucca River and Blackbutt Creek. It is surrounded by 230 acres of picturesque, privately- owned pasture, wetlands and forest wedged in the fork of the two rivers. Within a ten minute radius of the Lodge lie the attractive beaches of Nambucca and Scotts Head, golf courses, rolling verdant hills and farmlands. Our Town... |
The town of Macksville and the Pacific Highway are within a five minute drive of the Lodge. Macksville, which was established in the early part of the nineteenth century, has an attractive old-fashioned charm and dignity.
There are twice-daily trains between Sydney and Macksville, with onward connections to Brisbane. Only forty five minutes away by road is Coffs Harbour, with its numerous daily flights to Sydney and Brisbane.
If you, your family, your students, or your management team want to get away (but not too far away) in comfort and style, and do as little or as much as you like outdoors or in, then we are confident that we have just the place for you. But do come and see for yourselves.
