Tropic Oasis Holiday Villas offers unique holiday facilities, catering for the single person or large families, with a variety of luxury 1-4 bedroom fully self contained Villas and Townhouses.
Located at Korora Bay, 5 minutes north of Coffs Harbour town centre situated on 4 acres in a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by peaceful lagoons, lush tropical gardens & an 8 minute walk to Korora Bay Beach.
We very much welcome guests & their pets.

Our many features include 2 swimming pools (1 heated & with hot spa) games room with child’s play area, gymnasium, waterfall, & abundant
bird-life. Children are well catered for in our 2 outdoor play
areas.
At Tropic Oasis all villas are air conditioned, with TV, video or DVD player, microwave & fully equipped kitchen, all Villas /Townhouses have patios with outdoor furniture, linen, towels & parking in lock up garage, carport or under shade sails. Most Villas & Townhouses have dishwasher, spa, washing machine &
dryer.
There is a specially designed new Villa suitable for the disabled or elderly with wheelchair / ramp access. The Villa is open plan living dining, lounge & kitchen with microwave & dishwasher. In the bathroom, there is a walk in shower, corner spa, washing machine & dryer. A shower chair is available upon request.
“Jasmine’s patio overlooks the freshwater lagoon, the 2 swimming pools & hot spa. One pool has disabled access with ramp & handrail.

To make outdoor eating easy there are 2 electric BBQ's, fridge, sink, toaster, jug, crockery, cutlery, glasses, tea coffee and milk. All you have to do is bring the food. Located next to the 2 swimming pools.

Help yourself to canoes & lifejackets & enjoy our beautiful fresh water lagoon with ducks, water dragons, turtles & abundant
bird-life.
